Disney World is home to an array of princesses, and Jasmine is often a fan favorite Disney princess! She can be found in multiple locations throughout the parks, specifically in Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Additionally, you can enjoy character meals fit for royalty while mingling with Jasmine and other favorite Disney princesses.
Join us as we share the various places where you can meet Jasmine during your Disney World trip. Let the adventure begin!
Where to Meet Jasmine in the Disney World Parks
Jasmine can be found in two different Disney World parks. In Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, naturally, is where you can meet Jasmine. At Epcot, make your way to the gorgeous Morocco Pavilion to meet her.
Magic Kingdom Adventureland
Inside Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, next to the magic carpets of Aladdin ride, a cute Dumbo-style ride but instead featuring everyone’s favorite flying carpet, you can join a line to meet Jasmine and other popular characters from Aladdin (usually it’s Jasmine and Aladdin together). This meet-and-greet location is officially called the Agrabah Bazaar. You can check the Walt Disney World Website for exact times but often you can catch her there in the late morning and early afternoon hours. Keep in mind that character meet-and-greets can have long lines, so plan accordingly.
Meet Jasmine at the Morocco Pavilion at Epcot
The charming Morocco Pavilion within the World Showcase in Epcot offers a unique opportunity to meet Princess Jasmine. You will find this Pavilion in between the France Pavilion and the Japan Pavilion, and Jasimne’s location is tucked in the back in an area called the Lamps of Wonder. In my opinion, this is the best place (non-dining location) to meet Jasmine Her meet as it is air-conditioned, which is helpful because the line can get long. Remember to check the Walt Disney World app or website for times but as of the writing of this blog post, Jasmine is currently meeting guests at 1:50 pm and 3:00 pm. In this meet and greet, they have a photopass photographer there to get your photos too!
My kids and I love to wander the Morrocco Pavilion as the features are gorgeous. We used to love to go into the traditional shops there but they have changed those over the last few years. The Morroco Pavilion has awesome food if you like Middle Eastern food. I like both their quickservice restaurant Tangierine Cafe, and their table service restaurants, Restaurant Marrakesh and Spice Road Table. Unfortunately, Restaurant Marrakesh is currently closed. Spice Road Table sits right on the water and has an option for a fireworks Dining package where you can get a meal and a great place to watch the Epcot fireworks!
Additionally, consider booking a dining reservation at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion, where Jasmine often makes appearances during the character dining experience. This is a wonderful chance to enjoy a delicious meal and meet several Disney princesses, including Jasmine.
Meet Jasmine at Disney Dining Locations
If you’re looking to (potentially) meet Jasmine and her other Princess friends at a magical dining location there are two fantastic options to consider.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Located inside Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom, Cinderella’s Royal Table, offers a fun meal in a fantastic setting. During your dining experience, various Disney princesses, including Jasmine, will visit your table for photos and autographs. If you are your kids collect autographs be sure to bring an autograph book!
Character dining experiences are one of the best ways to meet Disney Princesses. Compared to a traditional meet and greet, a sit-down meal can allow you or your kids to interact and ask questions with more than one Disney Princess, and get into the whole magic of meeting a Princess. You can ask questions about their back story and get some really great pictures! At Cinderella’s Royal table you are sure to meet Cinderella- the other Princesses, including Jasmine, can vary from day to day. Generally, the lineup of visiting Princesses includes Princess Aurora, Princess Jasmine, everyone’s favorite little mermaid Princess Ariel, and Snow White.
This royal restaurant is one of the most sought-after dining experiences at Disney World, so be sure to make reservations 60 days in advance. You can book your reservation through the My Disney Experience app, the Disney World Website, or by calling Disney Dining. Reservations start booking up as soon as 6 a.m. EST so be sure to be ready EARLY if you are trying to snag this difficult reservation!
Akershus Royal Banquet
Akershus Royal Banquet in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion is another exquisite option where you can indulge in a nice meal while (possibly) meeting Jasmine and others like Princess Tiana, Ariel, Aurora, Snow White, and Belle. The dining hall is beautifully themed and offers a buffet with both Norwegian and American cuisine. The Disney Princess line up varies here as well, but if she is there, Jasmine will make her rounds to each table, ensuring that you have the chance to meet her, take photos, and chat. When we were there Jasmine was not visiting that day, so if you have your heart set on Jasmine be sure to check out one of the meet and greets above.
It’s a great idea to consider including Akershus Royal Banquet or Cinderella’s Royal Table in your Disney dining plan for a memorable encounter with Jasmine and other favorite Disney characters. The Disney Dining Plan has just returned as of 2024 and if you include expensive meals like these character dining experiences, you can make it worth your money. There are two options for the Disney Dining Plan as of 2024, and the only one that would include the Princess character meals listed above would be the Standard Disney Dining Plan.
Spotting Jasmine in a Disney World Parade
While there may not be a specific parade featuring Princess Jasmine, Disney World’s parades often include appearances by various Disney princesses, including Jasmine. Whether it’s the Festival of Fantasy parade in Magic Kingdom or the Disney Adventure Friends cavalcade, keep an eye out for Jasmine on the parade route, so you can wave and interact with her from the sidelines.
Make sure to consult the daily entertainment schedule or ask a cast member for the parade times and locations during your visit. While it’s not really “meeting” them, it’s still a fun way to see a ton of Disney characters!
Where to Meet Jasmine at Disney World Special Events
If you are a Princess Jasmine Fan and want to meet her at a special event you can also do that at Disney World. Throughout the year, Walt Disney World hosts a variety of ticketed events that provide unique opportunities to encounter this beloved princess. One such event is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, where Jasmine often appears alongside Aladdin in Adventureland. This popular special event starts as early as August and allows you to immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere and capture memorable photos with your favorite characters amidst the Halloween-themed decorations. You will often see Genie and Jafar at the Halloween party too!
Just like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is another opportunity to meet Princess Jasmine and her Agrabah friends (or NOT friends- looking at you Jafar). During this special ticketed event you will get the chance to meet many rare characters, all while enjoying the festive holiday decor, and munching on delicious holiday-themed cookies! These special events often have shorter attraction lines and a more relaxed and enjoyable vibe and feature special fireworks shows and their own unique parades!
For more opportunities to meet rare characters, don’t miss out on special character appearances at Walt Disney Presents in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. As a very popular character, Jasmine may make appearances during certain seasons or limited-time events. We have also met her, and other Disney princesses, at the entrance of Hollywood Studios- but don’t count on this, these are spontaneous appearances that aren’t scheduled. But that’s one of the reasons Disney parks are so much fun- you never know who you will run into!
Princess Jasmine, along with her other Princess buddies, is such a fun meet and greet at Disney World! Keep in mind though that things are always changing at the Disney Parks so stay updated with the official Disney World website or app to plan your visit accordingly and catch Jasmine in action. Here’s to many adventures for you on your next Disney trip!
