Planning a trip to Disney World or Disneyland? Discount Disney tickets from Undercover Tourist can help you save a bit of cash in 2024- and every penny counts on a Disney parks vacation!
Discount Disney Tickets from Undercover Tourist: 2024 Guide
In 2024 there are a few ways to get discount Disney tickets. I’ve explored every corner online to find the best deals for 2024. Undercover Tourist tops the list, but remember that both Walt Disney World and Disneyland often offer discounted tickets. In this guide, I’ll show you how to snag those deals.
We’ll see why Undercover Tourist can be a great choice for your Disney trips, as can using a Disney travel planner. Let’s make your dream trip more affordable!
Walt Disney World Ticket Prices at the Window
Planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort? Knowing ticket prices is key to your budget. Prices at the ticket window change based on your travel dates, ticket type, and any discounts, but here’s an estimate for the spring of 2024:
- Single-Day Tickets: If you want a quick Disney experience, single-day tickets let you explore one park for a day. These are the most expensive Walt Disney World resort tickets, though, as there are no discounts, and the final price for a one-day ticket at Walt Disney World as of the writing of this blog is $185 for a one-day ticket to Magic Kingdom! The other parks are less expensive- $169 for Epcot, $179 for Hollywood Studios, and $158 for Animal Kingdom. Park Hopper Plus tickets will increase this price.
- Multi-Day Tickets: Buying tickets for multiple days saves money per day. The more days you add, the less you pay each day. The gate price for multi-day Walt Disney World tickets varies based on how many days of tickets you are buying and if you are adding park hopping. For example, the final price is $153.50 per day ($614 total price) for a 4-day, 1-park per-day ticket.
Look for discounts for groups like Florida residents or Military members (if these apply to you) to save more. Even though big discounts at the window are rare, if you qualify for a Florida resident ticket, you can (potentially) take advantage of this discount at the window. This is not a given fact, so it’s best to buy your Florida resident tickets on the website or through the My Disney Experience account; more details on this are below!
Buy your Disney tickets early
I always recommend buying tickets beforehand- it saves you time- and time is money on a Disney vacation. As of January of 2024, Walt Disney World no longer requires theme park reservations for date-based tickets. This means that those buying tickets don’t need reservations, but those with an annual pass do. Also note that these ticket prices are without Disney World Genie +, the paid skip-the-line service available at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
Disneyland Ticket Prices at the Window
If you love Disneyland, knowing the Disneyland Ticket Prices helps plan your trip. I’ll explain the costs of buying tickets at the park, and we’ll explore both single and multi-day options as well, but keep in mind that Disneyland, as of early 2024, still requires theme park reservations. So, it’s best to buy your tickets and get your theme park reservation ahead of time on the Disneyland app or via the Disneyland website.
Let’s check out the window prices at Disneyland:
- Single-Day Tickets – Prices change based on the day: value, regular, and peak times. For Disneyland, as of the day I’m writing this, the one day, one park ticket price is currently $134 (this is the same for Disney’s California Adventure).
- Multi-Day Tickets – Buying for several days cuts the daily cost and is great for families. At Disneyland the price per day, for April in 2024, for a four day one park ticket is $111.25 (the total price being $445).
Remember that Disneyland only has two theme parks- Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure, so you may not need a full four days there. But Disneyland is pure magic- so you won’t regret four days!
Disneyland has price increases at various times throughout the year- but their cheapest ticket is $104 for a one park, one day ticket. This is a bit cheaper than Walt Disney World’s cheapest ticket of $109 plus tax- and this price is for Animal Kingdom only. The cheapest ticket window or online price directly through Disney for Magic Kingdom, it’s flagship and original theme park, is $134 plus tax.
Again, these ticket prices are without Disney Genie +, which is an added fee.
Disneyland also offers discounts for California residents and military members. More on this below!
Summer 2024 Disney Tickets Discounts
I’m excited for the new Summer 2024 Disney Ticket Discounts that were recently announced! Here I’ll guide you through the types of Summer Deals to watch for and give tips to save more at both Disney World and Disneyland.
Promotion Periods and Discount Disney Tickets in 2024:
- Disney often offers limited-time deals for summer dates, and 2024 is no exception.
- Discount Disney World Tickets:
- The current promotional period for a 4-park Magic Ticket at Walt Disney World is April 2nd through September 22nd, 2024. This Disney World discount ticket offers admission to each of the 4 Disney World theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios) visiting one park per day for $99 to $119 per day (plus tax).
- Another summer 2024 option for discounted select tickets is the 3 day, 3 park Ticket. The promotional period for this multi day ticket option is April 2nd through September 24th, 2024. Guests may visit one park per day out of the three parks offered, which are Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom (the fourth park, Magic Kingdom, is not available in this option). The price varies per date and ranges from $89-$108 per day plus tax.
- Discount Disneyland Tickets
- At the time of the writing of this post, Disneyland’s only promotional offering is a SoCal (Southern California) resident ticket offer starting at $75/day for a 3-day, 1 park per day ticket for Monday to Thursday visits, and a $92/day 3-park, 1 park per day ticket from Monday to Sunday. These are the starting prices, and you may see price increases based on the dates you visit.
- And speaking of resident discounts- Florida residents can currently get a 1 park per day 3-day ticket for $73 per day (plus tax), or a 1 park per day 4-day ticket for $58.75 per day (plus tax). This offer is a regular thing in the summer (usually) and is currently being offered from April 2nd through September 22nd, 2024.

Discount Disney Tickets from Undercover Tourist
Many people are looking for discounted Disney tickets, and often, Undercover Tourist tickets come up in their search. Undercover Tourist is an authorized Walt Disney World ticket seller.
Undercover Tourist offers discount tickets for Disney World and Disneyland and for other theme parks and attractions. It is a reputable company, so you don’t need to worry about buying your tickets through them. Many unauthorized ticket sellers can’t be trusted so this is an important point to remember.
Currently Undercover Tourist is offering a 3 day Disney Theme Park Base ticket in May of 2024 for $443.73 final price, and a 4 day Disney Theme Park final price ticket for $574.40. The same price is listed regardless of the Disney Park- that means both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
However, it’s best to do your research and check Disney’s direct ticket prices. Undercover Tourist can’t always guarantee the best price; it all depends on your travel dates, which park, and what kind of ticket you are looking for.
Here’s how to get Disney tickets through Undercover Tourist:
- Start by visiting the Undercover Tourist website. You’ll find many different Disney Tickets, starting at three days and going up in one-day increments. They have one park per day options or park hopper tickets.
- Think about when you want to go. Undercover Tourist has tickets for specific dates that are cheaper than flexible ones. Picking off-peak days can save you money. Think ahead, book early, and try to have flexible dates- this is how you can save some money, both with Undercover Tourist and directly on the Disney websites.
- Look for special deals and offers. I’ve seen promotions like an extra day free, adult tickets for the price of a child ticket, or discounts on nearby attractions. Always check for the latest deals.
- When you’re ready, buy your tickets. The process is safe and easy, and their customer service is great. They’re there to help if you have any questions.
Buying Discounted Disney tickets can be tricky if you really want to get the best deal, as you really need to do your research. But buying tickets from Undercover Tourist almost always offers lower prices than the ticket window price.
A great way to keep an eye on Undercover Tourist coupons and offerings is to join the Undercover Tourist newsletter. This newsletter highlights any current special offers or promotions they may be running.
